ABOUT US
COCO Brown is a cultural community healing arts center; a multifunctional, intergenerational, place-making, creative arts and educational civic and social space. A warm and welcoming place that holds space for history, the arts, culture, and entrepreneurship. COCO Brown uses the mediums of art, music, storytelling, and movement to strengthen community relationships and improve social and economic equity. COCO Brown is a space to facilitate Ubuntu... it's for family, for tribe, for community.
It is an IN-powering sanctuary where one can come to Nourish, Nurture, and Network. COCO Brown is a space to foster healing, revelation; revitalization and transformation.
Services range from children's story telling, drumming, and family craft night to spoken-word workshops, poetry slams, improv, dances, open-mics, lecture series, and an array of literature, history and civic and social and entrepreneurial programming for students of all ages.

WHAT WE DO
COCO Brown exists to reimagine what thriving looks like for our communities.
We are cultivating a future rooted in cultural preservation, whole-person healing, and intergenerational wealth. Through experiences that nourish the whole person — mind, body, and soul.
Focusing on art, entrepreneurship, and wellness (individual and community wellness). We create space for people to grow, express, heal, and build towards intergenerational abundance.
We believe in the power of public art to connect and transform lives across generations. Our work lies at the intersection of past and present. Honoring history, culture, and the creative spirit that lives inside of us all.
